As much as I HATE snow on the valley floor, I am looking forward to this freeze. We are in much need of a good freeze not only here in Salt Lake but up North. The reports are saying the ducks and geese are just hanging around up in Montana and Idaho getting fat and complacent. Hopefully this will start to bring them down.

This is a New Zealand White Meat Variety

We will be adding two doe's and one buck to our little "Urban Farm". Each doe should produce around 30 fryers per year. Plenty of yummy rabbit meat for our little family and plenty to share with family and friends. Rabbit hutch production is already underway!
